Update on my previous reviews... Went to get a quick bite the other evening.... The Big Mac the Mrs got was awful... Stale bun... Too much sauce... No lettuce... Greasy... Just not right... My filet o' fish was a bit better but the double cheeseburger was a mess... Very greasy just thrown together luckily we were eating in and I could put it all back together... How about paying people enough to have and keep a job so that they might stay. Big Mac meal used to cost $2.99 with 7.25 minimum wage... Now it's over $11. Went to do a kiosk order with my mcpoints back out at checkout to add an additional item and the system complete remove my mcpoints order. Pressed the help button to get assistance, while looking at the counter watched a rep help a customer then walk away. Then whom I presume was the manger in a gray dirty/unkeep shirt begin to assist with other customers at the counter glance over toward the kiosk with out any confirmation that he would be over to assist. After waiting a good amount of time I decided that no one cared that I needed assistance and purchased my meal. This is not about the points but the principal that a self-service person does not receive any assistance. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just stood in the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting on 2 mcchickens and a medium fry. Had to get a refund and leave, there were no other orders besides mine at one point then another 15 minutes went by and new orders were being filled behind mine. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m sorry I’ve tried and tried but every, I mean EVERY single time we order breakfast it’s wrong. I am allergic to egg…. For some reason “no egg” confuses the life out of the morning crew. I’m sorry guys! Fix the speaker, get more attentive people to take orders during that morning rush…. Something. This place was incredible! The atmosphere is so festive and upbeat along with smiling service technicians! Oh food!! Wow was just amazing, tasty and chewable too. No way can an eating experience be better. I love it and will return in 5 minutes again! Enjoy!
