Save yourself the heartburn, Burger King is right across the street. And they cost less with better food and worse service in the evenings.

Ordered a crispy chicken. A sandwich that cost over $5 only had a small strip of chicken . Everything we ordered was old and dry. The fried meat was burnt. Everytime I have stopped at this location it is horrible

The food is barely edible from these franchises anymore. That's no surprise but what is a surprise is the manager and employees smoking Marijuana outside and not caring who sees.

The mobile order app is useless. McDonalds used to be fast food. Now they have a mobile app to allow you to order ahead, but they don’t start assembling the order until you get to the store. Then you wait another 5 minutes for someone to walk out your order. So stupid! Need to go to Chick Filet more. They know how to get you in and out quickly.

My go-to for my Sugar-free French Vanilla Iced Coffee, especially before work. Big THANK YOU for always stirring my coffee. Other coffee places seem to have forgotten this simple task, and IT MAKES a DIFFERENCE!!!

I know reviewing a fast food restaurant seems silly, as we’ve all come to expect a certain level of service or quality from such an establishment. However, the McDonald’s in Souderton, PA is most definitely the exception to your average fast food experience. All of the staff are extremely friendly, personable, and attentive. In this day and age, it’s rare to find one person, let alone an entire store’s worth of people who all genuinely care and take pride in their jobs. On several occasions, I’ve seen staff offer help to people with the ordering kiosks who are having difficulties or not hesitate to just take their orders at the counter if that’s easier for the customer. They’re always very quick and kind to the constant flow of delivery drivers that come in picking up for Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub. I’ve even heard them offer the drivers a beverage or snack free of charge, to thank them for their hard work. While eating in their lobby, I’ve never once heard or seen anyone complain about a customer, difficult situation, or anything. They’re always pleasant and more than happy to help. If something is prepared wrong or you have any sort of issue, they immediately make things right and always apologize for any inconvenience. I often make the joke that these people are probably just Chick-fil-A employees dressed in McDonald’s uniforms, but in all seriousness they’re just good and stand-up people. I try not to frequent fast food restaurants too often, but when I’m wanting McDonald’s, this location is the only one I’ll go to.
I have to say I miss the look of the old building. It definitely doesn't have that warm feeling from the outside that it use to. I am also disappointed that they did away with the playground. My children are a big part of why I would come here. Since the makeover the kid friendly feel is way gone and that took away from wanting to come here to eat. But the staff is very friendly and they do a great job in keeping it cleaned up. And I have never had a problem with my order in anyway they seem to get you your food in a timely manner. And it's always what it was I ordered. So other than my personal preference on the old VS the new this is a very nice clean and friendly atmosphere.
