Sat in line almost 5 minutes while the car in front of me at the window sat and talked with the worker. When I brought it to the managers attention her reply was "well if our customers want to talk to us we won't tell them no". My reply was "do you see the line behind me. So your telling me we all have to wait on our food so someone can sit and talk ". Got my food handed to me as soon as I got to the window..only for it to be cold when I went to eat it. The food is good and the place is generally clean but service is slower than usual it seems. They generally get my order right. The staff is always friendly in my experience. I hate pulling forward though , which you almost always have to do at this place if you go through the drive-thru.
