Received the wrong order, and didn't have time to go back as I had to open my store for business. The drive through crew at the windows just repeat the order so fast you can hardly understand them. And the cost is outrageous! McDonald's use to be my favorite fast food but now that it's become so expensive I more less have to decide to splurge (nails or mcdonalds). Stupid ridiculous! McDonald's is not one of my favorite places to eat. I like their Quarter Pounders and the Chicken Nuggets. But with that being said, it's obvious that millions of people in the U. S. love McDonald's. Just sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes because they can’t keep track of orders. Gave mine to someone else, I sat there waiting. Absolutely ridiculous waste of my time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They never give you fresh hot fries most of the time. That's what most people love about McDonald's is the fries and then they don't get the order right sometimes. But, generally they are fast. But, they need to pay more attention to the orders and getting them right. Also, fresh hot fries should be at the top of the list. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I made a mobile order for curbside pickup. Punched in my number a few minutes later the lady shows up with the bag and leaves. I proceed to look in the bag only to find out it's the wrong order. I Go through the drive-thru and have to wait through six cars. When I got up there. They had my order waiting in a bag and by this time my order was cold. How do you carry out a wrong order that's from mobile? Food: 4 Service: 2
