KEEP DRIVING if you’re on a road trip. The bathroom is locked down I’m assuming to prevent homeless taking over. There’s a small tiny sign indicating this is the only McDonald’s that doesn’t offer refills. You’ll only realize this after you've ordered. They don’t provide water cups . The tables were dirty. The staff was kind and they realized people were frustrated. But seriously - just keep driving. This location and this town doesn’t need your money. Generally a terrible McDonalds. I am a McDonalds fan and this place is awful. Been going there for over a year now and they constantly mess up the order. Any moment you don't check anything about your order. It’s gonna be messed up. Ordered 2 doubles and a double big Mac. 20 dollar order in all and got 3 doubles no big mac. Phone number doesn't work and if you come in to fix it they argue with you to the point it causes an incident. Save yourself the trouble if you dont live here and just go to the next town. I just went to this McDonald’s, and I asked for a girls name. To the guy who was attending me. He was cool and respectful did his job. In doing so the team lead who was a confused gender asked me if I had any questions about my order. I got the hint, the thing cocked blocked me. So I went home. I open my bag and it’s a total wrong order and even soda. The team leads name was Valerie….. I went back after I eat my wrong order, empty bag and all. The question mark should have paid more attention to my order then who’s name I was asking for, More, u can’t even call the restaurant. It’s all fake numbers. I haven't been to this McDonald's in several months. My partner and myself went thru the app, it took 8 minutes to get our food after we checked in and had to wait longer because the person that brought our food didn't bring our drinks and we had to wait another 5+ minutes. By the time we got home which is 5 minutes away our food was ice cold and the frys where hard. We tossed most of the food out and still ended up with upset stomachs most of the night.
