Every night Sunday- Wednesday at 2:30a.m.we try to get Mcdonald’s after work an for the past year or so we have been told every single time that “they are shutting down the registers for 30 minutes so the system can reboot for the day” and we understood that so we started coming in at 3 am so the system should be rebooted or close to it but they still tell us the same exact thing. We wait 15 minutes and the system is still down we try to come at 3:30 system is still down. We have even rush there to get before 2:30 and they always say the same thing. So from 2am till 4am their system is rebooting??? We talked to an employee once that said the manager uses it as an excuse so she can take a 2 hour lunch break…. must be nice to have to 2 hour lunch break while I just got off a 10 hour shift and can’t get any food because it’s 2am and they are the only place open that’s supposed to be “open 24 hours a day”. So we stopped trying but tonight me an my boyfriend were very hungry so we tried once more and again they were doing a “system reboot” but they were just sitting in the lobby. I get the system has to reboot but it doesn’t take 2 hours every Sunday through Wednesday. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
