My wife ordered 2 Mc Chickens and when she got home, they weren't in the bag. The Mcdonald's in Colby is a complete joke.

For fast food, this McDonald's makes you feel like part of the community. They are friendly and fast. The food is always hot and order's correctly made. My favorite is the carmel frapae. We stopped for lunch and got a chicken sandwich, a big mac, chicken nuggets, and fries. The chicken sandwich was burnt and dry, the big mac tasted fine except was cold, the fries were cold and bitter, and the chicken nuggets were so dry they were almost hallow inside. We had just got done driving 5 hrs and were ready for a quick hot and salty meal. The service sucks. You order on a big screen, Noone even comes out to take your order and the only time they speak is your name so you can come pick up your food. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the person taking our order couldn’t speak clearly and started throwing things around in the back. The manager kept talking over us. Made us wait an extra hour for our food. The customer service was awful. When we finally got our food our burgers were raw! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
