Absolutely atrocious, incompetent service. The kiosks are all broken -- they can't take payment, and they don't print a receipt, so when you go to the counter to pay, nobody has any idea what is going on. That's even when they man the counter -- you might have to wait ten minutes before they notice there's a customer. They've also lately been giving meals to other people and straight up messing up orders. Like I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal, because they apparently just forgot about it or never actually entered it into the system. Then, when they give it to me, they're missing fries! Did folks skip training? I also witnessed the manager being really mean to a black customer standing next to me, who just asked for sauces and she gave him an unnecessarily hard time about it. It was literally hostile. I've been to some bad McDonald's before, but this is legitimately just trash.

Failed to enter my code provided, food was poorly made. And didn't have any food available for ordering. Safdar really needs to step his game up in order to get a 4 or 5 star rating

Only person in the drive thru at 10:50 and I just ordered one double cheeseburger. The Guy at the window asked me to pull up to the pick up spot. They forgot about me and had to run in after I see 3 cars drive pass me and get their food. Also I was the only in the restaurant when I walked in and I still had to do the most to get someone’s attention.

I went through the drive thru. Ordered a qrtr pounder with cheese. 130 in the afternoon. I get to the window, wrong order. I had to pull up & wait for my food. Then to top it off, it wasn't even warm at best. Very disappointed & will never return to this location.
