I have being ordering at this place for a few time, the first time i order through uber eat, the fries was really really salty that we couldn’t even eat it, i order extra fries on my kids happy meal and they didnt send the extra fries or the apple slices none of it, second time that i order i order a Big Mac meal and again that time the fries was really salty again, and the 3 time i order was today i just ordered a médium fries this time I asked for no salt on it but guess what 🤦🏽♀️one long hair strand was in my fries 🤮🤮this was nasty this place really need to get better i will never order from them again

I went in the drive thru 03/02/2024 approximately 10:45 am and I wasn't even at the window fully due to a car in front of me and I heard the thing over the speaker saying something so I rolled my window down and I heard, rudely said might I add, HOW CAN I HELP YOU, Keep in mind I wasn't even fully at the spot to order so I looked at the car in front saw the guy talking on that speaker so I asked are you asking me, the next reply I got was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE, I was rudely and disgustingly asked, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ORDER, not yes what can I get for you or how can I help but WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ORDER.
Disgusting. That female needs to be removed from that position if it doesn't know how to talk as a human to another human.

The manager for night shift is a total joke & a complete waste of space for a manager. She needs to be trained properly or get out of the fast food business. Can't handle pressure very well. & will kick people off the drive thru line because she's incompetent of taking peoples orders correctly.

i’m just want to know why it’s “doordash only” here some late nights and other late nights it’s not. it’s kinda annoying and the girl was rude about it too, we just wanted 2 drinks.
Their app wasnt letting me login. It was the app that was broken. They also forgot t straw. They didnt handle my energy very well but they tried with what they could so I’ll give them a 4 of 5. Amen.

Nice renovations but once you step inside and place an order you will be there for a while. It's like they only care about drive thru. Drive thru should only be for drinks make the people walk inside to order food. God knows they need it. Btw I only ordered a small coffee and waited 18 mins.

I go here cause it’s close to my house but otherwise thats IT. Big mac burger wasnt even assembled correctly. Drive thru slow, even when there’s no line. Didn’t even get asked sizing or anything for our order. I asked for only mac sauce on my cheese burgers got everything BUT THAT, and the patty was stale not fresh. Fries are usually always cold, this time was actually good.
