Starts with mobile app. Supposed to make it easier. Half the time you get no code. Sit in drive thru for 15 minutes then sit in waiting parking spot for another 15 minutes. Get the order and it not correct. How do YOU screw up what I typed in for you? Go respond be patient, we are understaffed… bla bla bla If your under staffed still get Marty in there to work some shifts. Their food was OK. Every time I get chicken nuggets I gag or throw up by how it smells. I could hear the workers yelling from outside. By the way, I haven’t been to McDonald’s since 2019. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food was fresh staff was very nice and was a steady pace to get order in and then pay and be on ur way not to much of a wait. McDonalds is just sad. When the father was managing the place and not the son, this was a fine establishment. Poor poor customer service, I have been coming to this Mcdonalds for over 30 years. The times they get the order right maybe 6 times in a year. As a manager, the ones managing this establishment should really step it up. Your attitudes are horrible, and I hope the best for you. And for the son, your temper tantrums in the lobby are uncalled for. An example would be when you were doing the backs to the bench seats. If you act like that, I could understand why your employees act in the manor that you do. Lead by example. So for food that is never made right and poor customer service visit this establishment an you will be the happiest person on earth. Also you shouldn't take peoples money on a mobile order and then have the restaurant closed. That is poor business. Had to pick up a doordash made me wait way too long in the drive though because they refused curbside pickup, and locked the lobby. But yet other people where able too. get better this is unacceptable Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Only giving 2 stars because somehow this crapshoot of a McDonald’s managed to get all the major parts of our order in the bag. That said, not a single part of any of this food was remotely decent. My wife’s burger literally had all the sesame seeds picked off (in the picture) my large fry was upside down in the bag and after digging out all the fries, I had less than my wife’s medium fry. Nothing seemed remotely fresh. Asked for BBQ and Sweet and sour for nuggets and was told by the man in the drive through that the sauce was in fact in the bag….it wasn’t. The lettuce on one of the sandwiches was almost all brown. These people want 15$ an hour? How about that 12$ an hour minimum wage for minimum effort. I get that it’s not anyone’s ideal job, but if you can’t do it right, don’t do it at all. Maybe McDonald’s can close a few locations around here and somehow pull together enough competent staff to have a decent restaurant.

Well, you know the food...*Shrugs*, it's the same at every McDonalds. From Estcourt Station to Key West it's only worth reviewing if it's unique to the area or horribly wrong. Like getting a Fish Filet instead of a MCGrill Chicken, that type of thing. Here at the Brewer location, they changed out the cool 50s decor for "Jetsons on Quaaludes" type of setting. I think I prefer the old cars.......
