Dirty, closes early, service is aweful, takes over half an hour to get stale food and the wrong items. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Save your money, many better options in the area. If I could give zero stars I would. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst mcdonald's in michigan.. They had every car Pulling ahead and parking in every parking spot available, They asked me to pull Forward which I couldn't Because nothing was available. Mind you there are at least ten spots on that side of the building. The manager said without even looking outside why I was refusing to move to give him his money back!!!! Like, are you kidding me? Maybe stop taking orders and serve the people you've already taken money from instead of continuing to take orders that you can't serve Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually avoid coming here but I gave in 2 times due to pregnancy cravings (all small orders).! Both times I’ve come they had me park. Both times I waited over 30 minutes for my food - people who came after me got their food before me. Both times I had to call to see where my order was. The first time the lady i spoke to was extremely sweet, but the 2nd lady was really rude. Food was cold and nasty. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here unless you want to wait awhile for your food or you don’t mind cold food. Very busy and they were a little slower here but I think I came around a shift change so that didn't help. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and patient. I highly recommend being very careful when ordering chicken from here, we received a raw, uncooked chicken patty with our meal.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I understand staffing issues but these kiosk are atrocious my daughter was charged 46.63 on her bank card, the kiosk canceled the order we alerted the manager she explained nothing could be done, order canceled and charges remained so my daughter was out the 46.63 and 0 food to show for it! The dispute can take up to 60 days from her Bank for something they should of been able to fix last night on their end or at least have her the good I don't know just bad experiences everytime we go it seems. When I came on my lunch break I was informed by the order taker that they could not take any orders because they were closed preparing for breakfast. Associates were just standing around talking and the manager Conner said they could not take any orders between 2am and 3am. This McDonalds says they are 24 hrs but if they can’t service customers 24hrs are they really 24 hrs??? Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The associates were friendly and polite. On the other hand the food was disgusting. We ordered a Big Breakfast with a English Muffin instead of a Biscuit. The Hash Brown was Cold, Old and the Oil Differently NEEDED to be CHANGED. The sausage was burned and thats hard to do on a calm top grill if the timer is set right. Our stop here consisted of going through the drive-thru. It was very busy. There were several cars waiting for their meals. With a little bit of extra wait time, we received our meal. A quick and accurate McDonald's I visit a couple of times a year, as I travel to and from Detroit. Today I stepped inside to pick up my order, and I noticed that menu monitors have been removed. McDonald's is just about doing everything to push people into using drive-through, kiosks, or the McDonald's app. I understand; the labor shortage continues, and businesses must adapt and streamline. But it was sort of jarring and a little bit sad to see.
