On this visit I decided to have a Big Mac for a change. I'm so glad I did because it brought me back to when I was a kid. I usually get the quarter pounder or nuggets. I still say McDonald's has the best tasting fries but they need to be hot. Water wasn’t on today? Went to McDonald’s with a client, he used the bathroom and went to wash his hands, no water! Went to use one of the 4 sanitizer stations all empty. When I talked to employees they said the water wasn’t working right now and sorry about the sanitizer but never filled them. Ew !! Shouldn’t a place close with no water ?? Safe to say employees there do not wash their hands or even sanitize

30 dollars and a bug in my fries later. Disgusting. Horrible service, constantly wrong orders. Not correcting orders and being charged more than I received. This place is a joke. I went to use the pop dispenser and it sprayed all over my arm. When I mentioned this to the staff. No one seemed to be concerned. There was no sign on the pop machine saying it was out of order. Attempted to order an Arctic Orange shake from digital menu, worker was very hostile in telling me they didn't have it and ignored me when voicing concerns about unavailable items being available on the in store digital menu. Ordered 3 cheeseburgers one plain for the dogs. One xtra mustard and one no pickle. The one with mustard came swimming in mustard! I've never had an issue here before, but I decided to treat myself. My apple fritter had a strange spot on it and some dust, when I opened it up, this is what it looked like. I don't have time to return it before work, but more than anything I just want my money back, I'm so disappointed and incredibly grossed out
