Your typical McDonald's. Absolutely no counter service. Filled with individuals that's going to do as little as possible for as long as possible McDonald's has just went to poo The service is bad The food is rarely good Customer service is non-existent Most of the stores are dirty D- The famous Big Mac is just awful anymore. I used the drive thru. Sort of later in the evening. They were super nice folks all around.. they were just out of at least two things we wanted. It's not a deal breaker or anything, but I'd be lying if I said the disappointment doesn't lessen the satisfaction and the rating. Employees too lazy to ring people up. We don’t get paid to be cashiers. Multiple people in there at same time and all but 1 walked out. Those self checkouts were supposedly about Covid safety but nobody ever cleaned the screens so be honest it’s because you don’t want to hire employees to ring up food.
