According to some reviews, biscuits is tasty at this fast food. Great lemonade or good tea are worth trying here. Guests don't like cheeseburgers at McDonald's. The efficient staff welcomes visitors all year round. Enjoyable service is something that guests would like to improve here. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. This place with the spectacular atmosphere can be a good dining place on your route. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

This location is a joke first time having McDonald’s in years and my sandwich had random spices in it. Called there and manager seemed dumb founded. Offered me to come back when that just wasn’t an option. Fast forward 3 months later and another terrible experience. Went to get food for kids, said fries would take another two minutes. Okay. Brought out the worst fries ever, completely burnt! Don’t waste your money here. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I eat at McDonald's three times a week minimum. Since covid not once has my order been correct. Not once, in four years. I have received food I didn't order. I have received burgers with no meat. I have not gotten food I ordered. You name it, it's happened. This McDonalds surprised me. I wasn't expecting to not have to send my order back in the window. Maybe they broke the curse. Always polite and efficient! Out of all the years I've been to this location, I've never had a bad experience. I think their managers and staff members need to teach the other locations their ways because I can't say the same for them. McDonald's isn't a special thing like it was for kids in the 70s & 80s. Heck, even in the 2000's when mine were little, it was still a treat. No more play areas & the menu is limited to the flagship items. It's just disappointing. Tastes like human chow. Also, the cost of sodas increased by 40%. Disappointed that the spicy chicken nuggets were seasonal and I waited for years then missed them. The reg chicken nuggets tasted like childhood and "sweet and sour" sauce remains the bomb. Fries were crispy and fresh and they made them without salt--without any qualms! The man working the register was super awesome and hooked me up on the sauce when I inquired about the limited time mambo sauce. He described it as sweet and spicy and something else and I cannnot really top that description. It was definitely sweet and spicy with something between barbecue and salsa--definately ketchup meets BBQ with just a touch of spicy. I do not regularly support any fast food and despise MCDONALD'S but this was a good trip to 121 richland hills MCDONALD'S. If I have to have MCDONALD'S again I would recommend this one for lunch.

Today was just a terrible experience, i had placed a mobile order at 7:06 got there at 7:07 and the doors were LOCKED, called twice and no answer, doors weren’t opened until 7:13! They made me late to work and wasn’t able to enjoy my food. Terrible, next time disable the counter pick up if there doors are going to be locked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So McDonald's has this free item each day with the purchase usually of another item. So today I decided to try the cinnamon roll waste of time like 75% of it stale.sad part is is you didn't even have to taste it to see that it was still you just looked at it and you can see how dry it was around the edges. Shame on you McDonald's employees y'all should serve better food.that's what was left after 8:00 the stuff that was soft the rest of that is hard.
