Took my grandson here with my friend and her grandson. It was super clean and the staff were all very helpful. I even told the cashier that she gave us great customer service! This is the worst Mc Donald’s ever!!!!!! I sat in the drive through for 8min. And was the only one there!!!! she did say it would be a minute……then car pulled up at window next me…… And I immediately got their order taken done drove around and paid for it,while I’m still sitting there. And when I said something about it, lady, on the other side was very very rude!!!!!! I had some more I needed to be, and she was making me late. When I got to the window to get the food, she pretty much threw the food at me and didn’t say anything. This is the second time this has happened to us at the Anniston McDonald’s. Will never go back there!!!! Service: 1

If you’re in the mood for some FRESH cooked food. This is the McDonald’s to purchase food from. If you have to wait until your food is prepared, in my opinion it’s worth the wait. Also the world’s famous fries are good when they’re cooked fresh not when they’ve been sitting for long period of time, at this McDonald’s usually all your food is cooked fresh meaning cooked to order. Nice woman nice service but the biscuits was NOT done!!! I ate 1 wondering why the biscuit texture wasn’t Hard like all biscuits normally are but I opened the biscuits and saw biscuit mix still. And they assembled the biscuits by hand it wasn’t no damn machine. They tryna get me sick on purpose!
