I couldn't make my own drink because they make it behind the counter, I'm fine with that, but I asked the employee to add a splash of Fanta Orange 🍊 soda to my Hi-Ci 🍊 &she rolled her 👁️👁️ 's at me, & she didn't do it so I let that go. I asked for my Fish filet meal to be cooked to order, fries were cold so I asked for Hot 🍟,from another employee which so had no problem & she didn't take the cold 🍟's kudos to her👍🏾& is she was my race. The manager was rude. The cooks were so behind that the drive thru when I pulled up was wrapped around the building and they say like 20 mins before the first car got there food. When I went inside it took about 30 mins before anyone took an order then the person who was in the drive thru when I first pulled up came inside of the store because the order was wrong. The manager said he wasn't going to give nobody refunds or their money back. I had to wait 45 mins just to get my order that was preordered before I got to the restaurant. I don't go to this McDonald's if the line is wrapped around the restaurant and the cars are not moving. And on top of that my order was totally wrong. The manager argued with me about the food and said again he wasn't refunding or recooking my order or nobody else's order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Go somewhere else... They are Grossly unprofessional.. They Failed to bring my order out after I was asked to pull up I. The drive thru... I waited for nearly 15mins.. I had something to do so I couldn't wait any longer so I left with intentions to come back once I got close again .. When I returned days later to reconcile the situation I was told nothing could be done about it.. Horrible experience.. Service: 1

Workers are rude and have no manners, from the managers to the employees. Just go somewhere else, I promise you will be disappointed if you come here. I just placed an order on the app and they closed early (8pm) due to “maintenance”. I got there at 7:53pm and the doors were locked with a lobby full. I asked for a refund since it automatically pays on the app and the employee told me I can only get a refund through the app. I asked her how to do it and she told me she didn’t know because she don’t use the app. Then she closed the window in my face and locked it. The ignorance and rudeness of these people is disgusting. I REFUSE to come back to this McDonald’s or the one on Johnson Rd. I’ll drive to Edwardsville before I patronize them again. Worst McDonald's ever. Took 20 minutes to get a soda, 2 big macs and a cheeseburger when it wasn't busy. I ordered 40 something dollars worth of food, I was missing 2 burgers so I sat to washout for food and check my bag thoroughly, but as I'm doing so I hear the lady that wanna be a man with the long dreads talking loud and crazy about me all because I'm checking my bag and they forgot my burgers,,, so I told her that she need to respect adults and stay in a women place.... So I suggest yall talk to (her/ wanna be him) before she do the same thing to the wrong person and someone get hurt,, cause I'm a good guy and I wanted to jump through the window on her... I ordered a McRib via the mobile app, for curbside. They were extremely busy so I expected a long wait. However, after 25 minutes an employee approached my car to tell me they didn’t have the McRib. He did not ask what I wanted instead or attempt to apologize. I informed him of my replacement order and he left. After another 5 minutes I finally received my order. Again, no apology was given. I have given this location multiple chances over the years but this was the final. The service I received was unacceptable.
