Horrible customer service from drive through lady today at 4:28 pm. Was unable to get her name but she didn’t want to take a coupon from me even though I showed her terms she just kept rolling her eyes and saying oh well the machine doesn’t take it, without even hearing me. It wasn't the coupon itself it was the horrible attitude towards me and when I was trying to explain she simply shut the window on me and left me sitting there on drive through. My order was $20.80 and they charge my card $24.95 and when I took it to the manager, the manager told me because it was off 1 minute from the receipt to my transaction on my bank that it was wrong that it was not that transaction and when I asked. If someone doesn't understand English very well they should not be working drive through. I literally asked a very simple question 3 times and the person didn't understand. Another person working the drive through hopped on the mic to answer. Then when I got to the window to make sure my order was correct because they didn't put it up on the screen and I wanted to make sure I was charged correctly before paying the person still didn't understand and just kept saying I don't understand.
