Many reviewers have noticed that you can eat nicely cooked burgers, sausages and fish here. Clients don't like muffins and coffee at this fast food. McDonald's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will pay adequate prices for dishes. A lot of guests find that the decor here is nice. The comfortable atmosphere will be a good addition to tasty meals and great location of this place. But this spot hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

One McCrispy sandwich was missing from order, told supervisor Monica and waited there for more than 15 minutes that we finished all other food. Looks like that they totally ignored the complain. Have to complain for the second time. Very unprofessionally. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was a homeless man at this McDonald’s on 2/14/24 asking very nicely to trade his 2 dollars in quarters for 2 dollar bills and he asked the workers and they cut him off while he was speaking and he asked if they can open the register to give him the 2 dollar bills and they said no not unless he purchase something and this one female worker was going ask for a manager to open the register and she got cut off by another working saying “ no we can’t he has to purchase something first”. The homeless man still kept his composure and was still kind and those workers were so nasty to him and the homeless man was very sad and he left this McDonald’s this all happened around 5:30pm - 6:00pm. I feel like this is so wrong for these McDonald’s workers being inconsiderate, disrespectful and not care about this homeless man’s well being they treated him like he wasn’t a human at all. The staff here are literally IGNORANT AND DISGUSTING. I placed an order for a medium fry and they give me a small. I pull around back to the drive thru and report the issue. I get a sigh from the dude taking orders thru the speaker (black, tall, skinny and he seems to be the usual since i’ve seen him a lot). I pull up to the window and he demands the small fry back and snatches it from my hand. Then I ask him if he will throw it away since I don’t like to waste food. I ask if I could just eat it and then he slams it in the trash, throws the medium fry into my car, and slams the window. Literally furious, never ever going back to this location and I wanna catch him outside one day… Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst I had to stop at. Bathroom was awful, seat was barely attached, urinal not functioning. Place was freezing. No coke available. Where to start. Coffee was cold, pancakes were not hot nor warm, hashbrowns were not even bit crispy and to top it off ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagle received a sausage mc griddle. Grandson ordered chocolate milk and got regular milk. And they want 16.00 dollars an hour when this happens. Today was the last time I ever come here after I chewed on hair in my fries. Every morning I’ve come here, the coffee is absolutely foul; never blended, not enough cream.. I actually had to ask for cream on the side many times. Staff is SO RUDE and the one manager (I believe she was) had pure bloodshot eyes when I talked to her. The other manager is constantly on her phone when you’re waiting on something she’s fixing up even though she knows you’re waiting. She’ll be texting for 10-20 min at a time. The two male managers in the morning and night are great though. Please save yourself the time and hassle and go to the McDonald’s at the end of main, I never once had a problem there. The traffic sucks there but at least you won’t have tainted food and drink. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tell me why you have two (2) drive thru's and when I pull up to the outside drive thru today between 1:30 pm & 2 pm. I wasn't ready when they wanted to take my order. So when I was ready I said "Hello" and a male said someone will be right with you. In the mean time a girl took three(3) orders on the inside drive thru never switching over to the outside drive thru to see what we wanted. So after I say Hello she takes another order on the inside drive thru, again never switching to the outside drive thru to see what we wanted. After sitting there waiting about fifteen (15) minutes I just left. No very good customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Smoothie machine was broken, so I ordered an iced latte. Jamie, the person working the counter, managed to fix the machine and came up to me with a small smoothie. She was incredibly nice and I know I will absolutely be choosing this McDonald’s over other fast food in the future! :) Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got waited on quickly they had trouble with the payment machine at the register was super slow and kept getting frozen then we waited at least 10 minutes for just a hamburger, cheese burger and small fries 2 small sodas ar least they could have given us our cups so we could get our drinks while we waited then when we started to eat our food took one bite and there was no burger on our bun just cheese and a pickle and ketchup told the cashier that waited on me and she just looked at it and walked away the manager just looked and didn't say a thing and some other person that worked there took it and gave us a new one with the burger and give us a apple pie and said sorry never again will I go back. Waited 10 minutes at the window for food, drove home and realized the chicken nuggets are covered in dark burnt pieces, are dry and off taste, and honestly gross.
