This is the rather most revolting and laziest excuse of a fast food place, not including the laziest hiring of any slob joint, I believe that a wheelchair can complete an order faster, more accurate, and a lot hotter then these employees all combined. This place has been horrible ever since I have been alive and living here. Frozen food doesn’t even began to explain how cold it was. I believe eating a frozen meal uncooked is a lot warmer than these. When y’all hire an employee then make sure they aren’t high either cause these drive through workers are absolutely out of it, I believe the worst part was the worker at the window and taking orders cause they sound and look like they were asleep the whole time. My day consisted of nonstop multi hour on foot 3 sixteen inch subs (not subway) having to be made in 2-3 minutes each order. With 7 more having to be made right after it all by myself… I have only made one mistake and it was just a missing bacon slice. Nothing can excuse the workers that work there. But if you were a higher up here who actually tries. Start speaking to your employees with the tone you should use and speak like you mean it. BE AWARE: Food poisoning. Had some ordered food last night around 5-6. Was ok but now the next day, the entire family is throwing up and having the poops. Called them to address this but they said it's nothing they could do and it was not from them. The second time ordering from them the same results happen again. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the area. They're always slow and yesterday they gave me a burger without the pattie! I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and one had no pattie. How does that happen?? Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I have a McDonald's closer to me but always come to this one. They always make my breakfast sandwich well ,fresh and hot. And when I order extra butter they actually add extra butter on the bread (some locations just give extra butter on the side in packets) And the people here are friendly Food: 5 Service: 5

Several times now that I noticed my tears are not being applied at this location. Went Tuesday and been paying more attention as noticed price differences lately. Said something to the drive they girl and she said o don't know why you want a manager when they are not busy. Didn't want to hold up line and also this location almost always out of sweet n sour sauce and burnt or recooked fries. We will start going the extra distance to the one on Ford rd and middlebelt. It’s 12:47am this location stats it’s a 24 hr drive thru I just went and was told doordash or grub hub only very rudely and unprofessionally I will never return to this location false advertising 100% great food horrible staff need to retrain your night crew. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly the best thing that could happen to this place is a literal shut down, fire all the staff (what little is there) and start from scratch. Jesus what a freaking nightmare. Undercooked burger, raw chicken nuggets, a plop of sauce in my kids meal instead of fries. Absolute WORST. I can’t believe the franchise hasn’t done something..:oh wait, they’re making billions of dollars regardless, why check on a Westland McDonald’s?! Normally I love going to this location as it tends to be the only one I have very few issues with my order at but the last couple times I’ve gone it hasn’t been good and today was not okay…. Not only was there hair in my McChickens (both of them…) but they were so slopped together they were pretty just thrown in the brown bag. This location is going down hill. Was told in the drive-thru they had no pickles, which no big deal… I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & a 20 pc chicken nugget for me and my pup to share. Well I got pickles but no chicken on my sandwich ?!? Very confusing. My 20 pc came as a 11 piece? Employees must’ve been hungry. Terrible service. They won’t answer their phone when you call either. This McDonald’s & it’s management is 🗑️
