Homeless sleeping inside the restaurant!!! Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. If you have to use the restroom, you may need to shower after. No toilet paper. Trash all over the floor. Trash hanging from changing table. Trash over running. Change your kids in the car and use the restroom before going. Floor is so nasty. 10/10 don’t recommend. Went through the drive thru today on Hwy 80 to pick up a surprise lunch for my girls before I picked them up from daycare. They were so excited until 1 of my daughters tells me there's no cheeseburger in her happy meal so I drive all the way back to be told to pull up & wait. Waited 15 minutes before I go inside to wait another 10 minutes while the manager is arguing with one of the workers to get back to work, that she wasn't on break & there is a line around the corner. Needless to say my little girl has been throwing up ever since & corporate has been called. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came inside and ordered. Gentleman was just that: polite, efficient and helpful. My order came up in just a few minutes and the lady was very pleasant in presenting my order. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

They get a bad wrap, BUT... when all restaurants are ahirt staffed, you gotta give them a break. Regardless, whoever was the line cook Wed night 01/10/24 did not disappoint. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and after several minutes of waiting I politely said hello just to be yelled at by the manager that she was busy organizing her staff. She was very rude very disrespectful and I will never go to this McDonald's again ** Update** I was contacted quickly by a very kind and respectful lady who listened to my issue and not only seemed to care about improving it, but also offered to treat me to a meal on them. I have not been able to make it back yet to take them up on it, but I was very appreciative of the effort and kindness she showed. ** So I went to get the free meal they offered me and got attitude with the lady shaking her head at me as I tried to explain to her that I was told to come in and tell them my name. This place is a joke

The store was grossly dirty. Side walks out side are even dirty. The inside floor was slippery. The chicken sandwich was cold and there was trash and Ketchup on tables. The doors and windows look as if they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The only thing that was good here was the staff was nice. Restroom super gross. Didn't eat the meal. Tossed it in the trash. Good place to get a bite to eat. But the evening and night staff are unprofessional at times. Employees talk about smoking Marijuana and cuss like there's no tomorrow and get loud and obnoxious even with families in the restaurant. Waited forever for my order. When I finally got it and got back to work, my entire order was wrong. I tried over and over to call them, but apparently no one there knows how to answer a phone. Very aggravated and would not recommend going back!!!!!!! Then when they finally answered they just layed the phone down so it would stop ringing. I dont even recommend leaving any stars. WORST PLACE EVER!! Will not be eating here again the fries was nasty a soggy with no salt workers was on there phones or just walking around not caring there sandwiches was greasy a bread tasted stale there soda tasted like syrup! There was a receipt on my sister’s sandwich when it was took back up there they wanted to act like they didn’t see it a then one girl was like “what is it hair?” An acted like she didn’t even care about what was found on the food. Very terrible customer service. I was told to “pull up” for some cookies and I waited over 15 mins no one came. Then I decided to go inside and the cashier claimed they didn’t know about my order. It took them 40 mins in total to get my cookies. I was also told they couldn’t make any frappe but I saw someone else with one. These workers really don’t care to do their job it’s crazy.
