Always missing something. The prices are ridiculous for fast food. The food served is not hot or visually appealing. You would think they would try since they charge so much. I am done with McDonalds. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

I stopped in the drive thru on 12/26/23 . I ordered a breakfast combo meal with decaffeinated coffee. The biscuit on my Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was over cooked - too hard around the edges of the biscuit - and my decaf coffee DID NOT have the five creams in it that I clearly requested. I was extremely aggrevated - as I had stopped in for coffee - because I was getting my car tires rotated across the street at Big O. I knew from personal experience that I could not count on the Big O to have their complimentary coffee station appropriately stocked with hot coffee, and creamer. My thinking was to stop at this McDonald's and pay for my own coffee. Sadly, that strategy did not work. I cannot drink coffee without a generous portion of cream - because it upsets my stomach. The large cup of coffee got cold from sitting and not being consumed. I ended up throwing it in the garbage. That was a total waste of my money. Thanks McDonald's for the poor service - NOT! Had a very rude experience with one of their young female Hispanic employees on a late weekday night. I was told to pull into the parking lot number 1 but I forgot to ask for sauce so I waited at the window for 5 minutes waving my hand and saying excuse me for her to barely look at me and when she did she just ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. So I pulled into the parking lot number and waited for my food. Then it was delivered by the employee who had a very bad attitude. Customer service here is a joke, I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Service: 1

The biscuits could be a little better. Often times they’re hard . The people are nice but quite often they take a long time to answer you and I understand that they’re busy, but they should always acknowledge you and just say give me one moment please and not wait minutes before they say something like that, other than that everything else is great.
