I only get fast food once or twice a year. I swore off McDonald's 2 years ago, but my wife really wanted some McDonald's fries. The fries were soggy and cold. The worst fries I've ever had. The fish sandwich I had ordered was more like a slider with a half piece of cheese. Very disappointed. The nuggets she had were also cold. Basically just took it out to the dumpster. Made spaghetti. I myself will never eat or purchase this extremely fake food again. Service Take out Food: 1

Service was horrible. Ordered two sausage McMuffin with egg, which in my opinion are the easiest thing to make and they decided to have me wait an extra 10 minutes so that they could service four to five people behind me. Absolutely ridiculous Service: 1

Foods fresh but something in the order is always wrong. Service is fast and friendly, but if you’re always going back to the counter because of mistakes speed suddenly doesn’t matter anymore. I ordered a double cheese with just mustard and pickle and got a McDouble with pickle mustard and a lot of onions. Play place for the kids is nice and clean. Not a terrible place to swing through but don't expect it to be quick drive through or not if you order anything that might take any amount of time they will pull you out every time in fact the past I would literally say the past nine out of 10 times I went there through drive-thru I was pulled ahead and orders that were not large or like them specific items that they cook that take longer I understand that it's not been like that. They can't do private VIP seating on a last minute notice. They told me I should have called in advance. I couldn't even enjoy opening my Happy Meal toy because crazed fans were flocking the whole meal. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Wild to me how we can order something for weeks and weeks consecutively , but then as soon as we try to order it tonight “it has never been on the menu” . Ok, Shirley, Sharon, Sheryl, whatever your name is. Been there five years? Never seen ya once and my husband and I are up there 3-4 times a week. And if you’ve been there five years and don’t know that this item is on the menu, you need to either be trained or fired. But you can’t teach an old dog new tricks I guess. The one young male manager with the glasses is the literal glue holding this CIRCUS together. And tbh, I haven’t seen him in a while. Wouldn’t be surprised if he moved on to better things!!! I can not imagine not taking the time to deliver absolutely outstanding customer service at my job, and we make less than you where I work DOING MORE, you silly selfish little creature. How much does it cost to not be arrogant? How much does it cost to get literally the bare minimum customer service? Zero stars and me and my husband, my future kids, etc, will not shop here ever. If this particular location went bankrupt in five minutes it would not be soon enough. Congrats, you have lost two loyal, long time customers and as many more as my mouth can reach. Let's take a minute to talk about what is possibly the worst run McDonald's in my 50 years of travel. This place has repeatedly withstood my numerous attempts to give them 'another chance'. My latest and yes final attempt was last night. In an effort to slow pitch them an easy order this happened... Approx 1030pm I am the only customer in the drive thru and I order 2 large drinks. 1 coke, 1 ice water, BOTH with a ton of extra ice. I again, very nicely add, I really would like extra ice so the drinks are very cold. I pull around and proceed to wait nearly 5 minutes watching 4 people stand around in a circle talking, 8 feet from the window. I finally have someone take my money and hand me 2 LG drinks with maybe 1/2 cup of ice between them. I told the employee he and his lazy coworkers could keep the drinks i paid for and drove off. This isn't even the worst story from this POS McDonald's. I have been overcharged several times and the wrong food/orders made me no go there all summer. I literally drive the extra 2 miles down Euclid for breakfast a few times weekly to avoid this POS McDonald's that is 50 yards from me. Love using the app, saves time and you get to customize the items youre buying to be the best burger. Adding basic toppings are free and only make your food better:) this location has maybe messed up my order once and they immediately resolved that issue in the same day. Love the service. The staff was friendly, and our food order was correct. The store needed some cleaning, there were quite a few things on the floor both in the main lobby and in the playplace.
