Ordered food from McDonald’s. I got my food and they forgot my cake strudels I ordered and my fries came out over cooked. I think my order didn’t get to me till 20 or 30 minutes later. The manger was there and had everyone complaining and he wasn’t giving any good explanation to any one’s questions. Very disorganized and I’m surprised I even got my food could have went anywhere else to get some burgers fries and cake. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

it's a mcdonalds but I left a review bc the service is always really great here. I seem to get the same lady at the drive thru and she's always so nice and has a smile. I think only once have they ever messed up my order, and the fries are usually pretty fresh. This is the most horrible McDonald’s ever. First, i wanna start with the manager; Carmen lacks management skills, cultural competency and her customer service is unbearable.This lady needs to go to school or enroll in management bootcamp. Also, the dinning room was not suitable for dinning homeless people coming in and stay through out the day, they sleep on the chairs and mess up the restroom. Carmen needs to be replaced with someone with more experience and professional communication skill and the dining room should not be home for homeless and drug hub for drug dealers Meal type Other
