I usually go to this McDonald’s they have gotten my order wrong a few times but I was able to look past that. But not this time. They had me wait for my food for around 10 minutes. If I had not went inside to check my order I would have waited another 10 maybe longer. When my food came out they did not add my fries I paid for. Because of that I will not be returning. Some people have to go back to work etc. not everyone has the time to wait around let alone have missing items. Please do better. Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My kids and I just left this location (02/22/24) after picking up my son from Poteet after his track meet. I googled the drive thru hours before arriving. Lobby closes at 10pm, and drive-thru closes st 12pm. We arrived at 11:15 and immediately saw one employee, so I proceeded to pull to the monitor, and no one answered. I circled the building and saw that same employee at 11:17 pm that I could see through the window minutes earlier. The male employee looked through the window, with a drink in his hands and used a "hand under neck motion" I guess letting us know McDonald's was not accepting customers but it definitely wasn't closing time for the drive thru. This is the second time this location has did this in the last few weeks. Tonight we were only there to purchase 4 large drinks but was denied service. Service: 1

My food was lost because I watched the server fold my order bag and put it away after she asked the cook for the sandwich and was answered with "I sent it already". Then I asked for the manager and she helped me get my order quickly and set her whole crew straight. We're not willing to hold up their end of the deal with their receipts they offer buy one get one free, we've done this multiple times at various McDonald's. Including this one. Today they decided not to do it and make up things about "corporate" even though every single McDonalds prints out the same receipt stating the deal for your review of their stores. If possible, can we please… please… please stop asking “anything else?” soon as a singular word is muttered? This makes the ordering process more irritating as well as the focus more difficult~ especially when ordering for multiple people. Also, can we please verify that orders are made and completed correctly? It would be a different story if these things were done occasionally but this is almost every time. Service: 2

Service was absolutely horrible they won’t even give you condiments unless you order chicken nuggets. If no chicken nuggets are ordered then you have to pay for condiments. I’m paying for a meal it shouldn’t matter what meal you should at least be given one sauce per meal. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the only location that charges for condiments. Love the play area l, it's so huge, but the service isn't the best. They were friendly but not very fast, waited for our food in the play area with our number but ended up having to go up to the counter and get it. This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and ordered the chicken McGriddle, and they use a spice McChicken patty instead of the chicken that's supposed to go on it. Thieves!!! And the gave me an incomplete order too now they won't even pick up the phone been trying to call since 11am I'll never buy from this stupid mfs ever again!
