This by far the worst McDonald's I've been, customer service is almost nonexistent, to dine in is too small, and the food OMG is the worst part of being in this place. Check the images of my big Mac and the cheese burger, never seen this in other McDonald's. Definitely I will not go back! I come here a lot and no one else has been as pleasant as Marcus. He was so good and polite. Great customer service!! 15/10 recommend!!!! And Jackie when we asked to speak to her she was very pleasant as well. I do not know what changed at this location but keep up the great work. So, this McDonald's is located in the midst of the homeless community. Lots of panhandling and shady characters. Lock your car doors if you are going inside. The food was ok. My only complaint is when you pull out of the drive thru and find out they didn't throw a couple of napkins in with your order. Just make it a habit and quit making the customers have to ask. 🤡 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I come here I’m just disappointed. Placed an online order only to learn they’re closed and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Every time before this they’ve forgotten something in my order and if they didn’t my food was cold/soggy. This place is well known in the area for having long waits and disappointing quality. In my half century of life this is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Service is slow, they don't take orders in an alternating fashion in the double drive thru, one car on one side and 3 on the other! Food us sub par for mcdonalds. Send your crews to the McDonald's on foothill and campus in Upland, night and day. Service is quick food is usually ready in less than a minute and is always fresh and warm.
