First off, this place is listed as 24 hours when it closes at midnight 5 days a week and at 2 Friday and Saturday. Secondly, I arrived 10 minutes before 2am and was told they would be right with me. 10 minutes of waiting later, the lights went out and I was told at the window to go away, place was closed. If they were closing then fine, just tell me that. Don't waste my time. Terrible customer service. Service: 1

We ordered a big Mac meal and double quarter pounder meal in the drive thru. They were not busy at all. I was given our drinks and asked to go around and park in stall 1. About 5 min later a guy comes out and asked if we were waiting for the big Mac. Yes. He gave me the bag and walked back into the store. My brother, in a hunch, asked me to wait and sure enough we had a big Mac and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. So I had to park, grab my cane and walk inside. There was no one in the restaurant. The same kid that brought the meal out to me came over and asked what I needed. I told him the error. He grabbed the nuggets from my hand and threw them in the trash and walked back to the kitchen. Didn't say a word. After a few minutes he came back, threw a sandwich in a bag and handed it to me. Then walked away, still not saying a word. I have NEVER answered one of those survey requests or whatever they are until this time, but not once - from the delayed order to the wrong order to the end did anyone even remotely come near anything resembling an apology. So I gave an honest review to the Mac survey thing. Haven't heard a word from them either. Since my review got taken down - I'll review again without pointing out somebody specifically. MOST of the females at this place are so rude - it isn't my fault you don't like your job.
