Late evening visit on Wed 2/28. Did not expect the great customer service. Luis who took my order had the most pleasant greeting, did not rush me when taking my order, very professional with a great attitude. Fast, friendly service, thank you Luis and his team! This is the cleanest Mc Donald's with the nicest staff ever. The food is McDonald's hence my rating and is not intended to be a ding on the staff/franchise by any means. Mobile order wouldn't allow me purchase some items. I mentioned it to the manager. He argued with me about. I had a reward to use. He wouldn't even manually adjust it at register and gave the discount. I had to order those items a second time. Always an unpleasant experience every time. How hard is it to add biscuit butter to a muffin. And when you tell them they did it wrong or didn't add it, then now they want to be disrespectful and slope butter all over it making it extremely too oily to hold and eat. Ok have a go out of my way to another location just to be told that they don't do that and hand me butter packets to apply it myself.. GO TO CULVER'S! Went through the McDonald's drive-thru to get some milkshakes and ice cream for the kids, paid and asked the window attendant Maria to throw away an empty McDonald's cup from our last visit, she refused. Frustrated with the customer service, I handed back the shakes and ice cream and asked for a refund. Rather than throw away the empty McDonald's cup, Maria threw away the shakes and ice cream we had come to purchase, and just cost McDonald's a family of customers (we have 5 kids), the $7 worth of food she threw out, and the $15 worth of revenue they would have made. Instead we went to Culver's, got better shakes and ice cream, AND they gladly threw away the McDonald's cup for us! Good customer service is still out there, just not at this McDonalds. Pretty bad McD's. My fries were cold. My Big Mac looked like it had been tossed into its box (it was a mess). I wasn't given a cup for my soda and, since there are no staff up front, had to go behind the counter to get my cup. I have low expectations for a McD's and they didn't even meet those. The ordering kiosk was not able to scan the qr code from my app nor recognize the 4-digit code to redeem a deal. Everything else was great. By far the best PlayPlace I've seen around. ordered doordash to my house today. I ordered 4 sausage muffins, 4 hot sauce packets, an iced coffee and a hi c. When my order got here, it didn't have the sauces. I went through doordash who said they couldn't do anything. The store is not too far from my house so I drove down there to get the sauces. Thats how I eat the sausage muffins. With a hot sauce packet. I don't like them without it. So I drive down there with my door dash slip and explain that they missed the sauces and all I asked for were the sauces and the manager, maybe Chris? refused to give me 4 hot picante sauces. So I spent $30 on mcdonalds but I can't even get the sauces they forgot. The same manager hit on my wife numerous times and made her uncomfortable, he's creepy towards her, it got so bad that at one point I paid a visit to the store and informed the same person that they need to get their employees in check, but lo and behold, he was the one harassing her. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't be refunded and can't eat my food because your store messed up and chose not to make it right. Do not spend your money at this location. Went inside and used the kiosk and paid for my order, didn't spit out my receipt and went to the counter to pick-up my order told manager I didn't get my receipt. I paid for two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, and the breakfast burrito meal, I went around 6am for my 30 min lunch, but when I got back to my job all I had was 2 burritos, I tried calling, but they don't answer there phone. If they give me my money back and or the food I had ordered, I will change my rating but I unfortunately won't have the chance to go back until I get off work at 12pm Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
