Excellent choice for Newtown dining. We loved their creative riffs on traditional dishes, like using ramen dough to wrap sushi, putting short rib filling in empanadas, or a sprinkle of frito chips on deviled eggs. So, just had the best lunch and experience at my first visit to this lovely place. Escargot, if you like them, excellent. Lobster rolls with truffle fries, excellent. Soup, lobster eggs Benedict, excellent. The owner went out of her way wrapping up the leftovers I was bringing to my son . Freshly toasted buns, sauce, to go. Very nice! Service , very nice. If you haven't tried a marketplace kitchen in Newtown, you're missing out. The food is always delicious and the staff could not be nicer! I had a yummy short rib, some cast iron nachos and a bunch of other apps I forgot to take pictures of. When you start munching before you can get out your camera, you know it's good!

My friend and started out with the MP Parisian craft cocktail, which we both loved. We nibbled on delicious foccacia bread with herb butter while waiting for our entree. I got the MP Rigatoni Bolognese and my friend had the "Chatam Bay" Fish fry. My food was very good and my friend said his fish was fresh and enjoyed his too. We came here on a Saturday night with a reservation and we're promptly seated even though we were a few minutes late. I'd give this restaurant a 4.5/5. Drinks: Strawberry mule Well balanced and tasty Bourbon lemonade A little sour, good amount of liquor Meals: Sweet and spicy crispy chicken Excellent choice for a balanced flavor My wife was stealing this from me as I wrote my notes. Nice spot. Great ambience and decor. Attentive staff. I loved, loved their mussel bowl. It was really delicious and I didn’t get one grain of sand in my mouth. The fried calamari was so good too. I had the mahi mahi special. It was good but I didn’t love it. My husband had the short rib tacos and he liked it. The bread pudding and ice cream for desert was yummy.
