Food Truck ~ I ordered the Nachos Supreme w/ ground beef. Needless to say I literally had to dig around to find the ground beef, the portion was maybe 1/4cup if that. I order from window. Take home because it is outside dining only and way too cold right now. During the summer they have several picnic tables with umbrellas! So fun to discover Marisol’s food truck today! My carnitas taco with onions and cilantro was *chef’s kiss*. She even gave us a sample cup of soup which warmed us while we waited. She uses buzzers to let you know when your order is ready which is super convenient. Would love to return and try the tortas and other yummy menu items. Very cute and delicious! Only downside was the wait time. We waited about 20 mins for 2 tacos. I think we just were behind a couple huge orders because the man who ordered after we got our food got his in like 2 mins. So still a good experience. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Great place to eat! They have amazing corn tortillas and a wide selection of meats. And unlike a lot of other places, their churros are freshly made, not frozen. Prices are also very reasonable. Much better than a lot of the sit down places in the area. They are also very quick with serving the food. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for Mexican food, and wants it quickly.
