Was really hoping to like this place. Service was super slow. Waited 25 minutes to get our orders in and another 30 for the salads to come out after asking one of the servers if they were coming. Ended up being there for about 2 hours and food was nothing special and slightly cold. Was given practically no service other than the server taking our order and dropping off the food 2 hours later. After dropping off the food we no longer saw them till we were done. Multiple tables around us were sitting down and not getting any service for over 20 minutes. Seemed as the servers were more worried about cleaning off tables then greeting new tables or taking care of the ones who have been waiting. We paid about $70 with tip for 2 pastas and it really wasn’t worth it. Such a cozy place with nice live music. The food is homemade and so delicious! From the appetizers to the main entree and the dessert - everything was so wonderful and authentic.
