I've been ordering here for a few years now, always my favorite pizza place . But, lately I've noticed they are struggling with staff. There was only one person on shift today and had to use doordash to deliver to me. I feel really bad that the few employees thy have are being worked to death to keep the store open. Ordered around Noon on a Thursday afternoon after getting off a very early morning shift, my pizza didn't arrive for over 2 hours. When it showed up it was incredibly cold along with the cheese sticks I ordered. Overall, I really enjoy Marcos but this time I was really let down. Marcos really does have great tasting pizza and sub sandwiches, but you're gonna pay a little more to eat here. Sometimes the customer service isn't excellent when they are super busy, but really i have no complaints. Everyone is friendly. Unique specialities. Excellently crafted pizza. I appreciate that it's not a greasy mess like others by the time you get it home. Topping selection better than the typical. Delivery is fast, have curbside, and always nice when you go in for pick up or dining.
