I am very disappointed. A week ahead of time I ordered an expensive birthday cake with specific and clear instructions, including a specific filling, per my daughter's request for her birthday. Truly, her heart was set on this special cake combination she "invented." When I picked it up today, the girl at the counter apologized because the baker didn't read the instructions and made the cake without the filling I'd ordered. Instead of redoing the cake as ordered, I got a refund for the $5 filling up charge (on a $46 cake). The girls were quite apologetic but the baker/owner was gone rather than staying fix his error or aplogizing himself. Next time I need a custom cake I will go elsewhere.
