First time here. Ordered over the phone. The lady wasn't very friendly. 👎 When I went in to pick it up, the lady at the counter completely ignored me after looking at me ❌️ so the guy next to her offered to help me. Then, to top off, a couple came in after me, and the same lady was so belittling to the guy who might have been on a date. 👎 She was so horrible to him, and he explained he was tired from just getting off work. Come to find out later after overhearing her brag to another customer she's a manager, and it is just crazy. A person who is that pompous, lazy, and unprofessional should not be a manager. As long as she's there, I won't be giving this place another try. 👎 The pizza was pretty good aside from it lacking sauce. Very dry, but the quality was there, I believe. I really enjoyed my order from Mama’s. I’d been wanting to try them for a while and was a little deterred by the price, but it’s definitely worth it. I ordered the cheese stix and a medium pepperoni pizza. I loved the stix, they were perfect. The only downside was that my pizza was burned and it tasted like it too. But even with charred flavor you can still taste the quality ingredients of butter, cheese, garlic, and other toppings. A pizza that’s absolutely worth it, even when it’s not perfect. For pizza, and the quality, I find this pizza over priced. I'm not saying it's bad though. The service was great and very friendly. They also have a lunch buffet that is more economical.

The pizza was fine. Got the regular crust and thin crust, but was surprised at how thick the thin crust still was. Update: dined in. Service was fine. I enjoyed the crust a lot more this time around. I just don't think I appreciated it before. Decent pizza place. Fun that it's a local place that feels like that old mom & pop pizza place instead of a chain. Nice vibe to the dining room. We came in with the family at 7 and there’s a cowboys game my dad just asked one of the staff to pls if she can be kind to put the volume up and she change it well they had managers and other staff trying to put the cowboys game and they ended up turning it off. Pizza came verry verry late food didn’t taste well and it was a horrible service I didn’t mention my dad had told the young lady he just needed the volume up and her response was “ IDK I JUST WORK HERE” NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN! Mamas charged me 3x more for cheese sticks just “because they were gluten free.” Being gluten free is not a choice for members of this family and we are aware we will have to pay a little extra, but 3x more than the regular price is just ridiculous when previously the exact same order was under $50. I want to say this place is on point, every time! I'm not sure why I haven't written a review, we have been going here for years but with that being said, they are consistent.... in a good way. We did a pick up order the other night, whether it's placed online or over the the phone (or in person), it's always easy. It never takes long either. Customer service is on point! Ordered a supreme, meat Lovers, & my favorite bacon, sausage, & pineapple! Don't hate. :) We also had cheesesbread. All of them were delicious. Their pizza is not crazy greasy & they are generous with toppings. Wonderful staff, our favorite pizza place, go here! :) Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This place is great. It reminds me of the old pizzerias of yesteryear. First, the pizza is fantastic. It comes in numerous sizes and no matter your topping preference, they have you covered. If you want to dine in, the ambience is really cool. There are numerous arcades and several TVs going with various sports contests. Takeout is also available. While I’m not entirely certain, I think a lunch buffet is available on weekdays as evidenced by the salad cart and serving area. This place is one of our favorites and in my opinion, it’s one of the best pizza places in the metroplex with several area locations.

I tried out their lunch buffet and it was average pizza with above average hand tossed crust. The toppings tasted fresh and quality put there just wasn't a robust "make me want to eat the entire pizza" flavor. The service was great and the decor reminded me of an 80's pizza parlor (which I really enjoy). The buffet with a drink was $12 and it included a very good salad bar.
