My first time there…got the thin crust pizza was frankly the best I’ve ever had!!! And I’ve tried a lot of pizza. The wings were a different story they were definitely old dry and just sauced over. Not fresh at all. I only could eat 1/2 of them. That being said I’m definitely going back and I’m even going to give the wings another try. Everything has an off day. The reason why I’m going back is the service was top notch. GREAT JOB ON THE SERVICE GUYS!!! I mean they were super nice professional and attentive. Nice family like atmosphere. The service and the pizza is why I gave it 5 stars over all. Maciano’s never disappoints! Majority of the time we receive excellent food quality as ordered. If we have had any issues it is usually on a holiday or a special occasion when business is at a high but even on those occasions the manager will give us a percentage off our next order which is greatly appreciated! We ordered a pan pizza on-line for pick-up and it was ready as promised and delicious! Ingredients were fresh, tomato sauce had a slight sweetness which we like and the Italian sausage was terrific. The crust was crispy for a pan pizza, again very good! We’ve found other restaurants tend to sacrifice on key ingredients, but your pan pizza was very good and we’re consistently satisfied. Ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza online through Mariano’s website. Picked it up and there was no sauce on it. Called them and they said there is nothing they can do. They are unable to refund us since it was an online order? And if they make a new one we have to pay for it. So we just threw about $25 down the drain. Not coming here again. And be careful ordering online since they’re unable to fix any issues if THEY make your order wrong. TERRIBLE customer service Update: not sure why they ask you to reach out to the email listed below. They do not respond. Again, terrible customer service. We always love the stuffed pizza! I got a thin for my sister n brother in law. 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage and mushrooms. 16 in on both. For the price , they barely had any pepperoni on the thin 16 in. I was a little disappointed because every birthday we order this for my birthday. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
