Foods decent enough. Inside is kinda dingy and looks worn. Everything looks like it's from the 70s. Customer service? Not so good. If you order to pickup. No one comes out to talk to you from the kitchen. So you can't inquire how long the wait is going to be. Very understaffed. I ordered online and app advised that it would be ready in 15 minutes. lts been an hour and 15 minutes and no one has even spoke to me. I won't be returning again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

So passing through Independence Oregon one evening we stop at the Lucky Dragon Chinese restaurant. Overall the food wasn't bad. My wife loved the egg flower soup. The hot and sour soup was ok. We both had combo plates. The portions were pretty decent. The service was friendly. We had the dining room to ourselves however they were doing a brisk take out and delivery.
