I had a cake made at Louie’s for my birthday party at Hotel Bethlehem. It was delivered when promised and the chocolate cake with raspberry mousse was fantastic! Also decorated perfectly as per my request.

Ordered a Rainbow Friends cake for my sons 6th birthday. Was not disappointed, they knocked it out of the park. The cake was moist and the icing was perfect, not overly sweet. 10/10 would recommend.

We used to get cakes at Louie's. No issues, always pleased with them. But the past 2 yrs. things changed. I ordered a vanilla cake for my husband, they did a chocolate, and he hates chocolate. I stopped ordering over a year ago, almost 2, and went elsewhere. As an emergency, I ordered a cake. My daughter's birthday. I gave them choices, she's a teenager. The cake overall, tasted ok. But the decorations were"plain" a few roses and 2 small lacrosse sticks. Then, after we cut it, I guess the bottom layer wasn't leveled. The top layer split and slid off the bottom. Very disappointing. When I first went to pick it up at my designated time, I had to wait. Made me wonder: did they just throw together a cake last minute, and I paid almost $40 for an 8in round? Very unhappy and disappointed.

Apple pie and blueberry not good, way to much thickener in pies and couldnt takes the fruit, to the point that i would swear they weren't fresh, as ordered...not again
