Manager on duty on 2/29 ( didn’t get his name but we called him Bryan ) reason he will remember was excellent! Very attentive and brought our order out promptly, fresh and warm. Loved our strawberry shortcake too! 5 stars !!🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our server, Isabella, was courteous and professional. The restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms. My wife's steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned for her taste. Mine was perfectly cooked, but as I'm not a fan of much salt or pepper, my steak was a bit overly seasoned. That was on me since I didn't inform them. The crispy okra was excellent. It’s what one would expect from a chain restaurant. In their defense they did not push the up sales. That added a star to service and atmosphere. The food is large quantity but otherwise average. Our server Emily was very sweet and attentive. We got a tough cut of meat, but the manager Tyler came out and got us a new one. Super cool guy😎👍 Table was clean, food arrived fast, and the service was great. Would definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! Can’t say enough about this place. We had a birthday party and wanted to go to Longhorn steak house. There were 12 to 14 people that were going. I called and told one of the associates I know they didn’t take reservations but Incase they wanted to know. I was instructed to call back tomorrow morning so I did. I spoke with a gentleman and he said they would have the table ready. And they did!! We had a waitress that was the very BEST!! Her name was Emily. She was outstanding very sweet and very attentive! We never had to ask for a thing! She even sang “happy birthday “. She waited on this table with 12 occupants and never forgot a thing! Orders were correct and Emily checked on us several times. It was a fantastic day at Longhorn Steakhouse!! Emily said she had only waited tables since September! She is the very best and I hope her supervisor lets her know this!! Had an amazing night enjoying my birthday at Longhorn. Alexander C was our waiter and he was phenomenal. He was very sweet, order was correct, and he didn't let my mom and daughter talk him into singing me happy birthday! Thank you so much for not embarrassing me! Hands down amazing service. Decided to use a gift card from Christmas and wasn't let down. Food was phenomenal and the wait time was short. We were immediately sat and was able to order within seconds. Food came shortly after. Everything was great and filling. I can highly recommend this location when you in the area. I’ve not found a better steak house for value and quality. On a recent visit I had the Rib-eye Steak with a loaded baked potato and Caesar Salad. The steak was tender and flavorful; the potato, loaded with cheese and sour cream, was great. For the money one cannot go wrong with the Longhorn Steakhouse.
