My husband and I came to floowood location on Friday, Feb 23, 2024. It wasn't a lot of people at this location yet, we made it a little after 5 p.m, to make a long story short, we didn't leave till almost 7:30 p.m, and we had just gotten our food, the kill part is everyone around us that came after us had gotten there food and left, we had the worst waiter every, I really think she didn't put our food in, and when we asked about it, she said she would check, she came back in said she had two people ahead of our order, how when I just had a side of broccoli, house mac and ceaser salad which my salad was wrong, she put salmon on it; and charged me for it as well, and my husband only had a half a rack of ribs and double mac, soon as we gotten our food, we payed in left, it was the worst service every. I have never receive this type of service from here and my husband and I visited this location twice a month. Another waiter notice we didnt have our food, and got it out to us, before we was about to leave, we order appetizers also, and drinks, it took us a hour to get those, it even took long to bring us bread, and as I stated from the beginning the restaurant was not crowded at all when we came. We were seated quickly, the server was polite and attentive. Quick service. The basic $5. Marg was good for the price. We got two 8 Oz steaks with baked potatoes and salads. The salads are good sized and were very fresh. Their honey mustard dressing was very good. The baked potatoes were good, with really good skin on them. We got a dessert with a chocolate filled brownie and ice cream, it was delicious. Overall a very affordable nice dining experience. We will be coming back often. I always get good food here. This time was no different, Food was great, our waitress was wonderful. Steak was well seasoned and cooked to medium perfection. Everyone enjoyed their food. I ordered a long pour mango margarita & it was delicious and it got me right. This will forever be one of my fav restaurants.
