Everything was too salty. The fries: It seems a lot places are switching from the apparently now old-fashioned, British style chips (potatoes, fried in oil, that's all) to whatever you call these new "fries" that seem to be coated in something, and this something is already seasoned, usually too seasoned...not a fan (rant over). Halibut was good, panko coating was nice and crispy but again too salty, overpowering the fish, same with fried prawns. Excellent, dilly tartar sauce but nowhere near enough horseradish in the cocktail sauce. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I wish they had a different owner! Was good but the behavior at the chili cook-off killed any desire to come back.

Don’t know how the food was , but this we know, the service is garbage, we just stood in rain for 5 minutes as both guys walked back and forth , not even acknowledging us…lucky to get one star
