In my opinion, since the owners changed, service hasn't been the same. Ordering takeout or dining in is much slower than it used to be. Food is still good if you manage to get it soon. There's much better places nearby. However, for being right in town, it's convenient if you live here. Ordered delivery, was told 45 mins to an hr max. 1 hr 45 mins later and a second phone call the food finally arrived. When I pointed out the deliver times, the deliverer stated, "Well, you didnt talk to me." Due to delivery time the food was soggy and warm at best. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this restaurant again. Better food, better service, better prices, better timing at BK!
