The atmosphere definitely struggles here, it’s extremely rundown. But the food is OK, there’s definitely better pho with better environments and better service out there. But if you’re stuck in this area, this pho is OK. Because it’s so rundown I sometimes have to ask about cleanliness before I come here. The best Vietnamese food I’ve had. The brisket pho and spring rolls were so fresh, the pho being one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Charming place and lovely owners for a really fair price.
