Good old fashioned drive in place. Wonderful selection of ice cream and delicious soft serve too! And dips! They serve Penn State creamery ice cream among others. Service is always prompt, polite, and efficient. Downsides are a limited drink selection and charge for cones. A small hand dipped Penn State ice cream was close to $8.
