The general manager does very bad business. She would not fulfill my replacement order after her employee ensured me that they would do so. I have a picture of the pathetic excuse of a pizza I was given. I drove 30 mins home in a rain storm all to see that the entire middle of the pizza is not there. A whole entire circle was missing out of the middle of the pizza. I threw it away, it didn’t look safe to eat. She was very rude and clearly isn’t very good at her job if her employees don’t understand what is supposedly company policy. Sometimes you ask for things and they don't get it right! When the guy Matt was there that place ran like clock work! Every since he's been gone it's a cluster! No one smiles. Sometimes it feela like a funeral home, just gloomy. Like I said previously, when Matt was there that place was awesome! Now it's just a last option if I can help it. I rather spend extra money and time going somewhere else. Matt needs to be back there. As long as he's gone, they'll be that last option or go somewhere else! Then charged to have less put on the pizza. A $5 pizza turned into 6 because I wanted light sauce! So instead of a $10 and change, it was $12.70! Best to go to a competitor if you want the quality and even Monroe's worth! No more! Went in there 2 days ago and the drive thru person was rude! Told me the price and that's all she said!
