I had a 10 dollar gift card from Christmas and I took it to get food at one of the Elkhart stores and the card wouldn’t work and they just told me to go to a different store and sent me away. I took the same card to this store and again it wouldn’t work. But this time the the gentlemen there tried everything to get it to work then they said don’t worry about it and paid for my meal instead of sending me away. Absolutely incredible kindness and professionalism and great customer service. And the place is much cleaner and feels more comfortable than the others. The two guys names were Nate and Dan.
