The food was good the front cashier was quick timely and took my order almost immediately I waited ten minutes for my order but right before name was called a cook from the back of the store dark-skinned with twist flaired her noise up came from the back pizza holders walked back and called me white before she called my order iwas the only in the store and the two other male cooks where sitting to far away from her for her to be referring to Any one else and that was right before my order was called by her ive never met her I'm sure insult by it I am a black man aside that one employee I enjoyed my food Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Now that prises has gone up the pizza here has gone down in flavor and taste. Pepperoni stuffed pizza was horrible. Want eat here again. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Let me start by saying the pizza crust was sooo under cooked it just flopped down around my hand. We ordered online and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We're in the area already so we just stopped by and waited. They were very busy and my daughter was checking the app it kept saying that it wasn't in the oven. After watching the crowd leave and our 45 minutes were about up and it still showed it wasn't in the oven YET! My daughter went inside her name on the board and it showed it was in one of the slots. So she checked and it was empty. They had given our pizza to someone else. Also while she was waiting they dropped someone's crazy bread package on the floor. She said they looked over at her to see if she noticed when she did not look up from her phone they picked it up and put it back with the pizza and handed it out thru the drive-thru to an unsuspecting customer. You've been warned!

I always get pizza from y'all and never have a problem but the pizza I got today was cold had no taste and the pepperoni was dark like it had been held under heat lamp to long. Guess this review won't matter, but for what it's worth: don't do it! The quality is terrible and the customer service is, too. 3 pizzas later (all looked burned) and this is what we're doing tonight because the time wasted and money, too. Smh. The pizza isn’t the problem…it’s the rudeness from this location. Called Nov. 20th at 7:34pm (yes, I would LOVE for management to reference who was working this evening). For some reason, the Little Caesars app wasn’t processing my order, as I kept getting a recycled error message. I called the store and told the young lady I would be placing an order from another state (for a party at a relative’s home). When I asked whether I could order and pay by phone from another state, she insisted I could only use the app for this. I told her the app wasn’t processing the order, nor was it allowing me to insert an apartment number. She retaliated and said, “Well ma’am, I can’t help you.” Mind you…we’re talking easily over $100 worth of pizza I was about to order. I then asked whether she could take just TWO seconds to assist me…so I wouldn’t have to carry my business to another location. However, the young lady fired back with a quick: “Well if THAT’S what you need to do, then…” Listen…times are rough and businesses are extremely competitive. So, word to those at corporate: you may want to advise your employees at 819 Forest Pkwy not to deter business prospects because they’re too caught up to extend a bit of help.
