Compared to most other outlets, this Lisa’s Chicken offers a poorer customer experience. Congested both on the inside and on the outside (parking space). Most of the staff are unfriendly, the cashier on the 2 occasions I have visited was actually quite rude. Food quality- not bad. It compares well with others.

Just went through the drive thru ordered 2 corndogs, jalapeño poppers, sm fry and large coke. All the food was cold and old. The corndogs were hard like they were cooked twice. Fries were cold and old. The poppers were freshly cooked but were still cold in the center from the freezer. This location will not answer their phone, the calls go to a voice mail thats not set up. Don't spend your hard earned money on Lisa's Chicken. All location in the Northside area suck, the quality has gone down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My fiance and love this place nvr been to this location until today and it was good. I always get the gizzards and they were even better than the last location we went to. My fiance always gets the fish & shrimp if possible then he will get chicken sometimes. It's the best place ever and def will go back

Lisa's chicken is great. They have a huge menu, aren't too expensive at all, and man, when it's fresh out of the fryer, you WILL burn your mouth trying to eat it, because it is that good.

I talked about how great Lisa's Chicken hush puppies/fries/Shrimp dinner was. We get inside potna order a 6 chicken wings & fries. I didn't order I walk over to the store next door got myself a drink. He gets charged $30.... I look at the receipt. The lady done put a 12 piece chicken strip mash potatoes macaroni & drinks on top of his order. No one ordered none of all that..... We good... That's alright.. let me get a refund scratch that order please. That's not a good nor clean Lisa's. Oakland l30 the good one. Hemp Hill also Right Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mac cheese & gravy was watery. Roll was smashed & soggy. Chicken was tiny & bald. This is user error, knowing from personal experience. Seems like the manager doesn't care or they didn't train their workers at all. Go here & expect "what do you want," no refunds & no resolutions. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
