The lighthouse cafe is my little slice of New Jersey in the Bay Area. This diner-style (mostly breakfast joint) is my all time favorite place to go on my own or with friends and family. Honestly, this place means the world to me and although my life has demanded that I move away from the Bay Area, I always make a trip back to beautiful Sausalito for bottomless coffee, an authentic atmosphere, and delicious breakfast. One of the best hot chocolates 😍 highly recommend. Spanish omelette was great we added chicken with house fries. House fries were well seasoned and delicious! Fun atmosphere! Think old-timey diner meets beachside cafe with a surprise Swedish element. The pancakes were delicious if a bit rubbery. A normal eater could get away with asking for one pancake. Love the small diner atmosphere. I ordered the veggie scramble with hash browns and rye toast and my friend ordered the Norwegian salmon eggs Benedict and it was absolutely fresh and great tasting.
