I ordered a 5-shaped cake to celebrate the anniversary of one of my colleagues, and it was an absolute success! Everyone at the office loved it! It was moist, soft and beautifully decorated. After finding Les Briochettes on Instagram, we were really looking forward to trying Laura's wonderful sweets. We finally managed to find her at the Leiden market and we had the pleasure to try some amazing hazelnut financiers. The texture was great, the dough was nice and spongy and the flavour was spot on.
