Absolutely terrible experience at Lemongrass. Service was horrible and kitchen forgot multiple orders, as well as forgot the chicken to a CHICKEN CESAR SALAD. Took over an hour and 15 minutes to receive food. With a group of 10 I would cut them some slack if they were busy but place was a ghost town. They ran out of several beverages as well. This was amazing from start to finish. The appetizer alone will bring us back. The wine selection was incredible, and the entrees put this restaurant up with all the high end restaurants on the island. We will definitely eat here every time we’re here! What the hell. $70/person for dinner buffet. Wife ate one roll. Server gave us a sprite. We got the bill and it stated suggested minimum gratuity was 26 percent. I am not going to tip $35 for a man handing me a sprite. Some food was good. Some was weird as hell. Giant cherry cobbler with unpitted cherries!!?? Go to snorkels before you go to lemongrass. What a rip. If you decide to go to lemongrass take a shotgun or a broomstick for the seagulls that will swarm you when you turn your head away from the food. I would retract this review for an equal value gift card to snorkels. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The Sunday Brunch buffet is excellent! We had fresh fruit, yogurt, Eggs Benedict, bacon, roasted potatoes, a variety of cereals and breads. Perfect for our family of 7

The restaurant is clean and nice. Their staff is so amazing. They will greet you with a big sincere smile and will make you feel as comfortable as possible. If you ask them a question, they will give you as much information as you need in a very friendly way. They treat the guest with so much respect. Their breakfast buffet is full of so many great options including coffee. They will cook you an omelette exactly to your liking. Drinks are not part of the buffet. Restroom are located in the building across the restaurant. You can pay with credit card or charge it to the room. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

I'm giving it a three not because of the service. Our server was great given he was the only server there with 10+ tables to wait on inside and out. My three star is for the food. Given it is a pricey place especially when you bring kids but the kids options weren't great my salmon was extremely dry. Portions where alot smaller than when we went the first time three years ago. Was disappointed with our visit there. Won't be returning.

The Snapper was really good and worth the cost. Most of the rest of the stuff is far too overpriced. $18 for a burger that has less effort put into it than the $8 burger you would get at Chilies, or Applebees. Most of the small plates are really overpriced for what they are. It’s the westin, so that’s why it’s so much.
