What a really, really nice place!! We were at the Gem show at the Lebanon Expo Center, and googled places to eat - Lebanon Gin Mill popped up. Looked great and boy was it! We were greeted by a couple local guys who let us know you could walk any direction around the very large bar. There's definitely a comfortable, at-home vibe here, no matter where you're from. All the menu options are very well priced for what you get. The cocktails are delicious and also reasonably priced - great value for your dollar here. We sat at the bar close to the "stage" which is in the corner of the bar area. They have live music and Sundays are "Sunday Jams" from 2-5pm. Jessica Batz was the singer and she was great - lots of classic rock/folk songs. Jill was the bartender and she took expert care of us. She was very busy slinging drinks but still would stop by and talk with us and make us feel welcome. She was very proud of her tenure at the restaurant, and enjoyed her job. Her kindness to two strangers was refreshing. They have an awesome beer selection with some stuff you're not going to find just anywhere. I had an apricot sour that was delicious. We ordered the following food: 6 old bay wings, 6 "sweet fire" wings (their signature sauce), Burnt Ends (on top of a bed of blue-cheese coleslaw, just a hint), and the salmon platter - blackened on top of bacon and brussels sprouts with a honey-dijon sauce on the side. The wings and burnt ends were so good we forgot to take pictures; just of the salmon platter. Jill's cocktails were excellent - her lavender collins is so yummy. Also don't miss the smoked peach old-fashioned. All in all, we had an amazing time. This place flies under the radar, but shouldn't. It should be shouted from the rooftops. Needless to say, this restaurant serves as a bar and local eatery. The dishes my wife and I have ordered have been very good. My wife enjoys their salmon. I like their Sweet Fire salad with chicken. My husband and I stopped in here for Father's Day 2023. We were greeted at the door and although we did not have reservations, we were seated quickly. We both started off with flights which were delicious. We got the Brussel spouts for an appetizer. My husband got the Dad bod burger with gin mill fries. I got the Kansas City chicken with gin mill fries. We were both very pleased with our meals. Today we had an excellent lunch at Gin Mill Abby was our waitress and she was great! I have to say the calamari with Garlic was out of this world. The fried caprese was fantastic. Then the crab blt was mouth watering delicious! Such a cozy yet beachy type of vibe restaurant. Very fresh and tasty all of the food we had today. We will be back. Great experience. Went for lunch. Everything we had was really good. Fried pickles, crab cake sandwich. Wife liked her burger, but she really enjoyed the sour beer list. The Mac and cheese was really good. Everything was a solid sized portion. Service was outstanding. If this was in our town we'd visit often. We'll still try to revisit it was that good. They have a huge bar if you want to catch a game or just chill. Beer list is really awesome as well. Great visit.

We had a great experience from start to finish, The service was excellent and the food was really good, I would recommend this place. We shared a large Gin Mill FF, which was so much french fries and they were so good that we couldn't eat them all. My wife enjoyed the Asian Fish Tacos and I got the Sweetfire Burger, both were very tasty!
